Katharine Wilson is one of the Politics section leaders for Headliners of Education this summer. Wilson is a rising junior from Southern California studying journalism and politics at the Philip Merrill College of Journalism. She is interning this summer at The Herald-Mail newspaper in Western Maryland, covering breaking news and writing feature stories. In College Park, she works for The Diamondback as the College Park City Council beat reporter. Wilson has previously interned for College Park Here & Now and News Not Noise. (June 2023)
