Jack Tergesen (he/him) is a rising junior at Brooklyn Technical High School in New York City, where he works on his school newspaper, The Survey, as the newly appointed Junior Executive Editor and Opinions Section Editor. A Social Science Research major, Jack is deeply passionate about journalism, with a particular interest in politics, current events, and extreme weather. Jack is currently launching a broadcast journalism source, Tech News Network (TNN), for his school, which will focus on covering time-sensitive content that the school paper cannot. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with friends, and family, watching the news, playing sports, and being civically active within his school community. (July 2025)
